Following the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) release of the final planning package for the Aerotropolis, we were proud to be the first major landowner to lodge a Master Plan Application for our 184 Hectare site.
Our Masterplan was approved by DPHI on 11 July 2025 and it provides an extensive Complying Development pathway.
2024
Designed with big operatrional footprints in mind.
Ingham Property Group was the first organisation to be granted a master planning pathway by the State Government. Complying Development pathways fast-track the approval process to an average of 30-35 days.
Endeavour Energy Bradfield North 90MW substation civil works complete March 2024.
Master Plan Technical Assurance Panel Process concludes April 2024. Endeavour Energy’s Bradfield North 90MW zone substation construction underway May 2024.
Expressions of interest from leading renewable energy specialists to handle maximum solar and battery energy storage solutions with a direct connection into the Western Sydney distribution network.
